Penguin Book Cover : The Night Manager
Here is work I entered into the Penguin book competition for 2020. As you can see I took inspiration from special edition books. I created it in leather with gold leaf to show the decadence and sophistication of the writing. If it was going to be published it was going to be a paperback, I liked the idea of it looking very decadent but the reader wouldn't have to worry about ruining the book as much if it was real leather!
